Please follow the steps below to join the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers' Student Chapter 806.
NOTE: To qualify for a student membership, you must be a full-time student as defined by your degree status (i.e. undergraduate or graduate).
  1. Visit the following link:     https://iise.org/Home/
  2. Under "What Do You Want To Do,"     click on Join IISE.
  3. Under "Student Membership,"     click on Join Now shown in blue.
  4. Click on Become a member.
  5. Select San Jose State University (CA) in the drop-down menu.
  6. Fill in the faculty advisor information as shown below:

​Proceed to complete the application by filling out any requested information.
Pay the SJSU's membership fee to the Treasurer.
Email name, year, major, and confirmation that National Chapter (receipt) and Club fees has been paid at ​iisechapter806@gmail.com
